AUSTRALIA
Free Standard Shipping is available Australia wide on all orders over $50AUD. Standard Shipping otherwise is $10AUD, and sent via Australia Post. Tracking is provided for every order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery during COVID-19.
Express Shipping Australia wide is available for an additional $15AUD. Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post, and takes 1 to 2 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery during COVID-19.
NEW ZEALAND
All orders are sent to New Zealand via DHL Express. Shipping to New Zealand is $20AUD, or free on orders over $200AUD. Tracking is provided for every order. Orders to New Zealand take an average 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery during COVID-19.
INTERNATIONAL
All International orders are sent via DHL Express. International Shipping is $30AUD or free on orders over $250AUD. Tracking is provided for every order. DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within one business day and shipping times are estimated depending on the shipping address. In the rare event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 48 hours via email to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or full refund. INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. Having said that, we have only had a handful (less than 5) of customers having to pay import duties. It is incredibly rare you will require to pay any customs or import duties on your order.
